How to Apply
To Apply
- Fill out the online application form on the Bastyr website. Online applications will be available for the midwifery program every fall for the following year entry.
- Please follow the directions carefully on the application and submit the following:
- Application forms with all sections completed
- A narrative essay
- A current resume
- Three letters of reference attached to the Letters of Reference forms
- Official transcripts mailed directly from all colleges or universities previously attended
- A $75 non-refundable application fee, made payable to “Bastyr University” in U.S. funds (check or money order only)
- All students whose first language is not English must submit TOEFL and TSE scores
- The priority application deadline for the midwifery program is February 1 of each year. Incomplete applications or applications received after this date will be considered on a space-available basis.
